Our prices are
quoted in Indonesian Rupiah. Although we can quote an equivalent
price in your local currency, this price is only an approximate
price that is calculated according to the daily exchange rate.
Your bank will convert this at the current exchange rate. Because
different banks process your transfer at different times of the
day the exchange rate may vary slightly from one bank to another.

Your Order will be shipped as soon as your payment is in our bank.
If there is any delay we will inform you and you can decide if
you still like to get your order. In the moment transfers working
very fast. If you transfer online your payment should be with
us within 7 days.

that we work Monday to Friday 9:00h - 16:00h. And not on Indonesian
holidays.

If any items
are out of stock we will inform you via e-mail to check out if
you want the shipment without the item or you want to wait.

invoice with all your items listed. Please inform us within 5
days if there are any mistakes. On this invoice you will also
find the costs of shipment. If you have an account in your country
for FedEx or DHL please sent us your account number and you will
be able to pay the cost of delivery when you receive them. (Find
more details about FedEx or DHL below.) We also sent you our bank
details, so you can transfer your money. In the moment we are
not able to offer you a PayPel Service, but we hope to be able
to set up this service soon as PayPel is starting to operate in
Indonesia. Whenever that might be....

If you do not receive our e-mails, it is because of one of the
following reasons: you did not provide us with a working e-mail

not receive our e-mails.
